Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At Babu Bodhraj Convent School, we follow a strict no refund policy. Once the fees are paid for any term, session, or service, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Fee Adjustment Policy

In case of early withdrawal, absence, or discontinuation for any reason, any excess fee paid will not be refunded. However, we offer the flexibility to adjust the excess fee against future dues either in the same academic year or the upcoming session, subject to prior approval and valid justification.

3. Payment Errors

If you believe that a payment was made in error (such as duplicate payment), please contact our administrative office within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. After verification, appropriate adjustments will be made against upcoming fees.
